Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Tyrewide is committed to providing you with high-quality tyres that you can rely on. Our tyres come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects only in the manufacturing process and/or materials used in tyres.
We extend the manufacturer’s warranty to you subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Tyrewide makes no undertaking that a warranty claim for a tyre will be compensated and our liability on account of a warranty claim shall be limited exclusively and strictly in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage due to improper maintenance, such as underinflation, overloading, or misalignment, and also does not cover damage due to accidents, kerb damage, vandalism, or misuse.
Tyrewide stipulates that it makes no representation whatsoever and gives no guarantee against latent or patent defects in any manner whatsoever in respect of any tyres sold by Tyrewide except as provided for under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Tyrewide reserves its rights in every instance.
